サイト名の由来

サイト名の「Awai·Koi」は、水彩絵の具や墨や木炭の「淡い」「濃い」を現していますが、同時にそれらに対する私の気持ち「淡い恋」をも表現しています。すでに30年近くも、私はこれらの画材に恋をしています。

ご訪問ありがとうございます。 私は出生時の事故により四肢に麻痺を抱える脳性麻痺障害者です。 私はある事情により、ずっと普通校で育ちました。障害者という自覚なく大きくなり、 思春期に障害の受容の問題でたいへんに悩んだ経験を持っています。

また、幼少期より好きだった「絵を描く」ことにおいても、若い時は、なめらかで綺麗な線を引くことにこだわり、それが出来ない自分に悩みました。 しかし、ある時期を境に「綺麗でない、不確実な線こそ、自分にしか描けない味」ということに気づき、以来、自分の身体に素直に従う描き方を心がけるようになりました。 その変化は、私の「自分の障害を許す」という事が、沢山の人や出来事との貴重な出会いを経て、できるようになってきた時期と重なっております。 最近はどうすれば障がいが出やすいか、出にくいかが分かってきて、 植物の繊細な花びらや、枯れた葉を描くのに「障害による震えを利用」している ようなところがあります。

最近、この概念に、名前があることを知りました。

「バリア・バリュー」　障害を価値に変える
　 近年、注目を集めている言葉だそうです。

私はこの概念が、もっと広く世界に知られるようになったらいいと思っています。 昔の私のように悩む方へ、視点を変えることによってガラッと世界は変るということを自分の作品および描くという行為をもって 知らせたい、またそれをすべての障害をお持ちの方へのエールとしたいと考えています。
そういう理由から、近年は舞台上で描くことや、作品制作の動画公開も行うようになりました。プロフィールページにてご覧いただけます。
また2006年頃より、自分だけの技法の研究をはじめ、数年かかって今までになかった「かすれる」マチエールを出すことに成功しました。
最近は 他にもいくつかの技法を編み出しており、作品の重要な特色として多用しております。ギャラリーでご覧いただけます。
私事ですが、2014年に自宅を古民家風にリノベーションしてから、自宅のインテリアに合う作品が描きたくて、近年は特に墨の作品に力を入れています。作品をお楽しみいただけましたらたいへん嬉しく思います。

Welcome to my site!
I've got a physical handicap by accident since I was born. So I have a cerebral palsy.

I grew up with going to an ordinary school because of some reasons.
I became an adalt without awareness of my handicap so I have a distressed experience to accept it.
And also I worried about not to be able to make a smooth and beautiful line of my favorite drawing since childhood.

but I realized that the unclear line is actually my original taste one day, then it made me sure to draw with following my physical situation.
The innovation was happened to accepting my handicap at the same time that I met many people and valuable experiences.

Recently I got the difference of on or off of my handicap. So I seem like using the shivers of mine to draw a delicacy flower petal and dried leaf.
This is my original way!

I've got that idea has a special name as well.

Barrier value:
it means the handicap changes to value.

I heard it's getting popular day by day in Japan.
I really hope spreading this idea all over the world.

To anybody who has handicapped problem like me in past time: You can change your life if you have an different idea by offering my drawing works.And I'd like to yell any kinds handicapped people for cheering up.

For that reason, in late years I have started to draw on stage or on video. You can see it on the profile page.

Besides　I really succeeded to get a new technique for making Dry brush Matiere by the special way since 2006. Nobody's ever known that way before.
Recently I've also devised a few other techniques.
I draw a picture of plants and portrait by this way. You can see it on my gallery.

On a more personal note, since I renovated my house in 2014 to make it look like an old Japanese house, I have wanted to create artwork that would match the interior of my home, and in recent years I have been concentrating on Blackink painting in particular.
